How to get to the Unicorn
Driving Directions
FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-35/I-29/US-71 S towards downtown. Continue on US-71 S. Merge onto I-70 E for .3 miles, then take a slight right back onto US-71 S. Follow for 3 miles. Take the exit towards 39th Street, which merges onto Michigan Ave. Take a right on 39th Street, and a right on Main Street. The Unicorn Theatre will be on your left approximately one block in.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Get to I-435 and head East on that towards I-70. Take the LEFT EXIT onto I-70 N. Follow for 8 miles. Get off at the 39th Street exit, which merges onto Euclid Ave. Take a left at 39th Street. Take a right at Main Street. The Unicorn Theatre will be on your left approximately one block in.
FROM THE WEST:
Take I-70 E towards Downtown. Take a slight left onto I-670 E, follow for 2.5 miles. Take exit 2A and merge onto I-35 S towards Wichita. Go one mile and then take exit 1B towards 27th Street/Broadway. Stay in the right lane for .2 miles, then take a slight right onto Penn Valley Drive. Continue on Wyandotte, cross 31st Street, and take the next left onto 31st Terrace. Then, take a right onto Main Street. The Unicorn Theatre will be 1 mile up the road on your right.
FROM THE EAST:
Take I-70 W towards Downtown. Take exit 6 for Van Brunt Blvd. Go left at Van Brunt, and a slight right onto Emmanuel Cleaver II Blvd. Take your second right onto 35th Street, which turns into Armour at The Paseo, continue going straight. Take a left at Main Street. The Unicorn Theatre will be approximately 3.5 blocks up on your right.
Where to Park
Park easily, park securely.
Lot 1: Just north of the Unicorn.
Lot 2: Just south of the Unicorn off 39th Street between Main & Baltimore.
Lot 3: Just west of the Unicorn off 39th Street between Baltimore & Wyandotte.
All lots are patrolled by security starting one hour before the performance and until the last patron has left the parking lot.
